Mr. Sabarsky has extensive legal and business experience and training, having worked for several years as an associate for the international law firm of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he represented a variety of public and private companies on transactional matters, including financings, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, and tax planning. Mr. Sabarsky has also served as a senior executive for both public and private companies, having worked as in-house counsel for a public biotechnology company and as CEO and CFO for a private cleantech company, where he was involved in negotiating and documenting hundreds of transactions and agreements.
